Jagatguru Shri Devnath Institute of Vedic Science and Research, in collaboration with Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University and Dharampeth M.P. Deo Memorial Science College, inaugurated a two-day workshop on April 16–17, 2025, aimed at enhancing the understanding and integration of the Indian Knowledge System (IKS) among faculty members of RTM Nagpur University-affiliated colleges. The inaugural session featured notable speakers, including Dr. Akhilesh Peshwe, Shri Ravi Ji Bhusari, Dr. Atul Vaidya, and Shri Samay Ji Bansod, who collectively emphasized the relevance of Guru Shishya Parampara, the synergy between IKS and modern science, and the importance of revitalizing traditional knowledge in academia. 
Sh. Anurag Deshpande gave a brief overview about the program and focussed on the series of workshops to be organised in this academic year that will create an impact on teachers and make them capable of teaching IKS.
Acharya Shreyas Kurhekar delivered a key note address on IKS: Introduction & Prospects.
Sh. Prakash Kaole, Secretary, MDD Trust, and resource persons Dr. Bhalchandra Hardas and Dr. Pravin Ghosekar were also present on the occasion.
Expertly hosted by Dr. Kirti Paturkar and concluded with gratitude by Capt. Dr. Prashant Ambekar, the session also included a traditional Pasaydan. Welcoming over 70 participants, the workshop represents a pivotal initiative to bridge ancient wisdom with contemporary educational practices.
